The Director of Cleveland Public Utilities has the right to reject all or portions of a proposal or bid, to waive irregularities or technicalities, or to re-advertise in the best interest of WPC and the City of Cleveland.

Request for Proposals

Requests for Proposals (RFP) for WPC are advertised through Cleveland’s Division of Purchases and Supplies.

The City of Cleveland (“City”) Division of Water Pollution Control (“WPC”) through its
Director of Public Utilities (“Director”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms
interested in providing professional services to the Division of Water Pollution Control as
General Engineering Services.

These services are needed for the design of plans and/or construction of storms and
sanitary sewers, wastewater facilities, replacement and rehabilitation projects, complete
Closed Circuit Televising (CCTV) heavy industrial cleaning of main sewers and sewer
connections, along with other related services identified in the Scope of Services section.

A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Division of Water Pollution Control
(“WPC”), 12302 Kirby Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, on January 30, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. At or before the conference interested parties may submit or ask questions pertaining to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and the services desired. Prospective proposers are encouraged to attend the conference, although attendance is not mandatory.
