Proposal & Bid Notice

The Director of Cleveland Public Utilities has the right to reject all or portions of a proposal or bid, to waive irregularities or technicalities, or to re-advertise in the best interest of WPC and the City of Cleveland.

Request for Proposals


A pre-proposal conference will be held virtually via WebEx, on Wednesday, April 6,
2022, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. At or before the conference, interested parties may
submit or ask questions pertaining to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”). 

Services are needed for the design of plans and/or construction of storm and
sanitary sewers, wastewater facilities, replacement and rehabilitation projects, to
complete Closed Circuit Televising (CCTV), heavy industrial cleaning of main sewers and
sewer connections, and other related services.

If your firm is interested, please submit a proposal to WPC, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST/EDT on May 6, 2022.
