PROJECT UPDATE: The main sewer construction Brookfield Avenue between West 130 Street and West 125 Street has been completed. Roadway restoration will be finalized in the spring (2026).

Brookfield Avenue Sewer Project 

Located on the Following Streets:

1. Brookfield Avenue between West 130 Street and West 125 Street
   • Scheduled to commence the week of November 17, 2025.
   • The project consists of installing and replacing approximately 1,700 feet of main sewer on Brookfield Avenue between West 130 Street and West 125.
   • The Contractor is Terrace Construction Company, Inc.
   • Sewer excavation will take approximately 3 months to complete.
   • Pavement will be restored in the trench area, and the street will be resurfaced within the limits of work in the spring of 2026.
   • We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
