1. Emery Avenue between West 140th Street and Victory Boulevard

• Scheduled to commence the week of January 5, 2026

• The project consists of installing approximately 1,365 feet of storm relief sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and 150 ft east of Victory Boulevard and replace approximately 540 feet of existing combined main sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and Victory Boulevard.

• The Contractor is Fabrizi Trucking and Paving Company, Inc. 

• Sewer excavation will take approximately 2 months to complete.

• We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs.
