The project consists of installing approximately 650 ft of storm relief main sewer on Courtland Avenue between West 137 Street and West 140 Street, and 240 ft of underground stormwater detention on West 137 Street between Courtland Avenue, and Clifford Avenue, and replacing approximately 670 ft of the existing combined main sewer on Courtland Avenue between West 137 Street and Victory Boulevard.

• Scheduled to commence the week of October 6, 2025

• This project consists of replacing approximately 650 feet of storm relief main sewer on Courland Avenue between West 137th street and West 140th street.

• 240 feet of underground stormwater detention on West 137th street between Courtland Avenue and Clifford Avenue. 

• Replacing approximately 670ft of combined main sewer on Courland Avenue between West 137th street and Victory Boulevard.

• The Contractor is Fabrizi Trucking and Paving Company, Inc. 

• Sewer excavation will take approximately 4 months to complete.

• We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs.
