  1. East 27th Street between Chester Avenue and Payne Avenue. 
     

  • Scheduled to commence the week of October 6, 2025

  • This project consists of replacing approximately 1, 015 feet of main sewer on East 27 Street Between Chester Avenue and Payne Avenue. 

  • The Contractor is Perk Company, Inc. 

  • Sewer excavation will take approximately 1 month to complete.

  • We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs.
