East 48th Street Sewer Project

Located on the Following Streets:

1. East 48th Street between Pershing Avenue and Vivian Avenue
   • Scheduled to commence the week of April 20, 2026.
   • This project consists of replacing approximately 700 feet of combined main sewer on East 48 Street between Pershing Avenue and Vivian Ave.
   • The Contractor is Fabrizi Trucking and Paving, Inc.
   • Sewer excavation will take approximately 2 months to complete.
   • Pavement will be restored in the trench area, and the street will be resurfaced within the limits of work.
   • We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
