This project consists of replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Grimsby Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 123 Street and replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Sobieski Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 122 Street.
Located on the Following Streets:
- Grimsby Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 123rd Street.
- Scheduled to commence the week of September 7, 2026.
- The project consists of replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Grimsby Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 123 Street and replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Sobieski Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 122 Street.
- The Contractor is Perk Company, Inc.
- Sewer installation will take approximately 3 months to complete.
- Pavement will be restored in the trench area, and the street will be resurfaced within the limits of work.
- We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
