Lee Road Area Phase 1 (Jo Ann Drive)

Located on the Following Streets:

1. Jo Ann Drive between Invermere Ave. and Glendale Ave.
2. Glendale Ave. between Jo Ann Drive and East 189th Street

• Scheduled to commence the week of January 5, 2026.
• The project consists of installing approximately 1,800 ft of a sanitary main sewer on Jo Ann Drive between Invermere Avenue and Glendale Avenue, and on Glendale Avenue between Jo Ann Drive and East 189 Street.
• The Contractor is Terrace Construction Company, Inc.
• Sewer excavation will take approximately 4 months to complete.
• Pavement will be restored in the trench area, and the street will be resurfaced within the limits of work in the spring of 2026.
• We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
