The project consists of abandoning the existing underground pump station in the property on Panna Lane near West 11 Street, replacing the pump station with a new factory-built pump station and pumps, and replacing approximately 200 feet of 6” force main along Panna Lane.

Panna Lane pump Station Replacement Project

1. Panna Lane and West 11th Street 
   • Scheduled to commence the week of July 27, 2026.
   • The project consists of replacing the existing pump station structure and approximately 200 feet of existing force main sewer at 1036 Panna Lane, east of West 11 Street.
   • The Contractor is Terrace Construction, Inc. 
   • Sewer excavation will take approximately 5 months to complete.
   • Panna Lane will be resurfaced within the limits of work.
   • We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
