1. Buhrer Avenue Between West 14th Street and West 11 Street.
2. West 11 Place and Buhrer Avenue.
   • Scheduled to commence the week of March 9, 2026.
   • This project consists of installing approximately 2,150 feet of main sewer on Buhrer Avenue between West 14 Street and West 11 Street, and approximately 160 feet on West 11 Place, south of Buhrer Avenue.
   • The Contractor is Perk Company, Inc.
   • Sewer excavation will take approximately 2 months to complete.
   • Pavement will be restored in the trench area, and the street will be resurfaced within the limits of work.
   • We ask for cooperation in observing all traffic regulations and following detour signs during the duration of this project.
