Lee Road Area Phase 2 – Lee Road Sanitary Relief Sewer Project

This project consists of installing approximately 6,000 feet of wet weather sanitary relief sewer on Lee Road between Invermere Avenue and Miles Avenue and connections to local sanitary sewers. The construction methods for this project include microtunneling and open cut excavation.

Mannering Road Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 1,600 feet of storm and sanitary main sewers on Mannering Avenue between Euclid Avenue and Endora Road.

Panna Lane Pump Station Project

The project consists of abandoning the existing underground pump station in the property on Panna Lane near West 11 Street, replacing the pump station with a new factory-built pump station and pumps, and replacing approximately 200 feet of 6” force main along Panna Lane.

Parkridge Avenue Sewer Project

This project consists of installing approximately 1,200 feet of combined main sewer on Parkridge Avenue between West 63 Street and Brookside Drive, and on Brookside Drive between Parkridge Avenue and Orchard Grove Avenue.

Woodbury Avenue Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing 2,282 feet of sanitary main sewer, and 2,255 feet of storm main sewer on Woodbury Avenue between Rocky River Drive and West 162 Street.

• Grimsby Avenue/Sobieski Avenue Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Grimsby Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 123 Street and replacing approximately 1,100 feet of combined main sewer on Sobieski Avenue between Bellaire Road and West 122 Street.

• West 92 St Sewer Project

This project consists of installing approximately 1,370 feet of combined main sewer on West 92 Street between Denison Avenue and Lorain Avenue. 

Baltic Rd. Area Sewer Project

The Baltic Road Area Sewer Project involves replacing a total of approximately 4,700 feet of existing sewer main with a new sewer main on Baltic Road from West Boulevard. to West 106th Street, West 103rd Street from Clifton Road to Baltic Road, West 102nd Street from Clifton Road to Baltic Road, and Nanford Road from West 102nd Street to Baltic Road.

Bellaire Rd Area Sewer Project

The project involves the open-cut replacement of a combined sewer with approximately 600 feet on Bellaire Road from West 130 Street to Grimbsy Avenue, installation of a parallel combined relief sewer approximately 1,500 feet along Bellaire Road from Grimsby Avenue to Leeila Avenue, and the replacement of a combined sewer with approximately 1,100 feet on Leeila Avenue from Bellaire Road to Wanda Avenue.

Belvidere Avenue Sewer Project

The project consists of replacing approximately 450 feet of main sewer on Belvidere Avenue between East 66th Street and East 68th Place.

Brookside Blvd Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 750 ft of combined sewer and installing approximately 900 ft of storm sewer on Brookside Boulevard west of West 130 Street.

Capitol Ave Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 600 feet of combined main sewer on Capitol Avenue between East 86 Street and East 89 Street.

East 115 St. Sewer Project (St. Clair Avenue to Gray Avenue)

The project consists of installing approximately 1,200 feet of combined sewer on East 115th Street, between St. Clair Avenue and Gray Avenue.

East 39 Street Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 1,000 feet of combined main sewer on East 39 Street between Cedar Avenue and Central Avenue.

East 97 Street Sewer Project

Beginning the week of Feb. 5, Water Pollution Control will be at on East 97 Street between Quebec Avenue and Cedar Avenue on overseeing the excavation to replace approximately 1,700 feet of main sewer by contractor Fabrizi Trucking and Paving, Inc. 

Homer Ave. Sewer Project

The project consists of replacing approximately 600 feet of existing combined main sewer on Homer Avenue between East 53 Street and East 55 Street.

West 38th Street Combined Sewer Replacement

This project consists of replacing approximately 360 feet of existing combined main sewer on West 38 Street located 360 feet north of Woodbine Avenue. 

West 42 St./Apple Ave Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 405 ft of combined sewer on Apple Ave between West 43 Place and West 42 Street and 520 ft of combined sewer on West 42 Street between Orchard Avenue and Lorain Court. 

West 56 Street between Memphis Avenue and Park Drive

This project consists of replacing approximately 1,050 feet of existing combined main sewer on West 56 Street between Memphis Avenue and Shadyside Avenue and installing approximately 1,200 feet of a catch basin relief main sewer on West 56 Street between Shadyside Avenue and Park Drive.

West 70 St. Sewer Project (Detroit Avenue to Father Caruso Drive)

The project consists of replacing approximately 1,800 feet of existing combined main sewer to alleviate flooding West 70 Street between Detroit Avenue and Father Caruso Drive.

Brookfield Avenue Sewer Project

The project consists of installing and replacing approximately 1,700 feet of main sewer on Brookfield Avenue between West 130 Street and West 125.

Buhrer Avenue Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 1,150 feet of combined main sewer on Buhrer Avenue between West 14 Street and 1,150 feet east.

Courtland Ave/Victory Blvd Area Sewer Project

The project consists of installing approximately 650 ft of storm relief main sewer on Courtland Avenue between West 137 Street and West 140 Street, and 240 ft of underground stormwater detention on West 137 Street between Courtland Avenue, and Clifford Avenue, and replacing approximately 670 ft of the existing combined main sewer on Courtland Avenue between West 137 Street and Victory Boulevard.

Courtland Avenue/Victory Boulevard Area (Emery Avenue) Phase 2 Storm Sewer Relief Project

The project consists of installing approximately 1,365 ft of a storm relief main sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and 150 ft east of Victory Boulevard and replacing approximately 540 ft of the existing combined main sewer on Emery Avenue between West 140 Street and Victory Boulevard.

East 27 Street Sewer Project

The project consists of replacing approximately 1,015 ft of a combined main sewer on East 27 Street between Chester Avenue and Payne Avenue.

East 48 Street Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 700 feet of combined main sewer on East 48 Street between Pershing Avenue and Vivian Ave.

Lee Road Area Phase 1 (Jo Ann Drive) Sanitary Relief Sewer Project

The project consists of installing approximately 1,800 ft of a sanitary main sewer on Jo Ann Drive between Invermere Avenue and Glendale Avenue, and on Glendale Avenue between Jo Ann Drive and East 189 Street.

West 19 Street Sewer Project

This project consists of replacing approximately 280 feet of the combined main sewer with on West 19 Street from Abbey Avenue to Freeman Avenue.

West 50th Street Sewer Project

This project consists of installing approximately 660 feet of a storm main catch basin sewer on West 50 Street between Memphis Avenue and Shadyside Avenue.
